Since 2004, Bob and Bonnie Reemsnyder have been striving toward energy independence and reducing their reliance on the grid. They have installed solar panels on their detached barn to power their home, resulting in an annual electric bill of under $700, including charging an electric vehicle year-round. They also use an outdoor wood boiler to generate heat and hot water, resulting in a comfortable living space. We are here to help you reduce your energy expenses and work towards achieving independence. We can provide you with resources and education to help you make informed choices.
